my husband and I found a house we wanted to buy on Zillow, we drove to the property and contacted Michelle Perkins,who claimed she is a broker, who works for the seller as well as the buyer.her exact words were,"by law I am obligated to disclose all information". Which she did not. She also talked us out of an inspection (I know our fault!) but at the time we trusted her.she was not on our side at all, she never looked out for our best interest she knew we were 1'st time home buyers and that this was the only house we would ever be able to afford.our contract expired and what we did not know and what michelle never told us, was that this would be the only time we would be able to re-negotiate, so we end up with a house filled with mold,(we found after tearing down a wall)every pipe under the house had been cut,so everything for god knows how long had been running under the house. the septic tank had not been used in years maybe had never been used,we have owned this 6 months now and just figured out the well is bad, we have to have a new well put in. it is a mess. she received her cut and ran, there are to many other real estate agents out there to have to deal with one like this. this has devastated us. and the 1 person Michelle Perkins who could have helped us did not have the ethics to do so.

Michelle is very easy to work with, and has demonstrated superior people skills, along with excellent powers of observation. She made a very complex transaction go smoothly and was always there for me when I had questions. I would definitely use her again if I sell another home in Florida.
