Where should I start? My mom and I had been trying to purchase a home since 2013. We worked with several realtors. If I can recall, one refused to comply to what we wanted, another hispanic lady actually showed us a property and just left, we never heard from her and to name a few more. In every goals you initiate, I believe you will encounter good and bad experiences from which you will learn from, where Michelle Richardson came into play. When we first began our search for a property to purchase we were not sure in our own minds as to what exactly we were looking for i.e. what features were "must haves", which were "nice to haves" and what would make a prospective property unsuitable for our needs. Michelle did a very good job in helping us clarify our requirements and then matching properties for consideration to these. Although the process was lengthy largely because we reside in Canada the property we finally chose to place an offer on suits us, our children and grandchildren very well. The final sales price we negotiated through Michelle was considerably higher than we had expected to pay for a Florida property at the outset but we do feel we got good value for the money and our families are extremely happy! The closing was handled very professionally and went smoothly.
