Michelle Schaal

Highly likely to recommend....Michelle is a Professional and on top of things. She listened to what we were interested in and ensured that we were not wasting our time on homes that didn't meet our criteria. This was a big plus. We purchased a home that we are very happy with. Great experience working with this realtor. We would recommend her to others and would use her service again. Thx for everything Michelle!

Highly likely to recommend....Michelle is very knowledgeable about real estate and she gives great insight into areas we have gone to review. She has helped us write several contracts on places we have wanted to purchase. Currently she is listing one of our properties to sell and has given us great suggestions to move the property quickly. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her.

Highly likely to recommend....Michelle was amazing. We could not find the home we wanted until we met Michelle Schaal. She tirelessly searched for properties and even identified some exclusive off market properties. Her expert product knowledge and adept negotiating skills made our dream home purchase a reality. Michelle is intelligent, creative, empathetic, and a consummate professional.

Highly likely to recommend....Michelle was our agent for my very first, and only, home purchase. Michelle was faced with many obstacles. We were competing against multiple bidders, in a hot market, on a bank owned home. Additionally, she had to work within VA guidelines, once we won the final bid. After many hurdles, and her determined hard work, we were able to get the home, at a fair market price.Less

Highly likely to recommend....Absolutely the hardest working realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Truly has her clients best interest in hand. Absolutely pleasure to deal with!

Highly likely to recommend....My house sold quickly for asking price and Michelle was very professional and helpful. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her. I seldom do reviews and surveys but I have no hesitation in doing this one.
