We were so fortunate that we were able to work with Michelle on the sale of our 2-family home. We had a lot of questions and she had a lot of answers for which she was very patient and understanding with us throughout this process. She had made the process very quick and efficient and painless: from the paperwork, to providing a listing of attorney for legal matters, to the pictures, posting to websites, showings, and coordinating with tenants. Our listing was live on various websites on November 15th , 2018 and we had accepted an offer in less than 10 days. She was involved with working with the other realtor/buyer as well as the attorneys throughout this process and kept this process moving along. She made sure that all parties involved (us, buyers, attorneys) were doing what was needed to keep the process moving from the start all the way to the very end including scheduling the COO, providing me with the town regulations, attending to the final water readings, and letting me know when to disconnect the utilities.
