Not only did she sell our home for more than we thought we could sell it for, she also had three showings lined up for the moment we listed, helped us decide what to update, made the paperwork process simple, AND got a full price cash offer the first day it was on the market. That was only the beginning. We also wanted to buy a short sale that she brought out attention to (it was perfect and despite trolling the internet for months I never acknowledged it- shes really good at listening to what I want and finding it). The selling agent of that home was awful. The agent wasnt helpful getting utilities turned on so that we could have the home inspected and even went on a spur of the moment vacation (during the inspection period) to an area that didnt have cell service AFTER Michelle left for her prescheduled trip to NY. Michelle single handedly arranged for the utilities to be turned back on (by paying out of her own pocket-WOW!) in time for the inspection to take place hours before we lost the house. She took time away from her family to make dozens of phone calls in order to get the other agents work done. We never would have gotten our home if it wasnt for Michelles willingness to go above and beyond for us during what was a very difficult and frustrating process. Thats only describing what she did. Who she is is even more awe inspiring. She is intelligent, honest, reliable, hardworking, and knows the market like none other. I will be her client for life. Michelle was great. She came recommended from a friend and came over and gave me some pointers on what to do before we listed. When I got all that done we listed it and had multiple offers within the first weekend. Got full price within a week. Would recommend.
