Tim and Michelle were extremely patient and highly knowledgeable about the real estate market and process in the PA area. They were willing the offer important information about the ins-and-outs of buying a home, and were incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. They were patient with my questions regarding this process and also offer generous and beneficial feedback. Going through the first home-buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for their guidance. Both were constant professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also, important to me was the fact that they put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by changes which came about. My interaction with them left me feeling as if they were an extension of me.Bottom line I cant imagine having a more positive experience and recommend Tim and Michelle Weber without reservation to anyone looking to buy in this stressful market.

The Weber Team was fantastic. It was our first home and they were the first people we spoke to. I was nervous and didnt know what to expect. We dealt with shady listing agents which really showed us we had a good team in our corner who made sure our interests were paramount. Nothing is more important to a home buyer than a realtor who hears your wants, understands your limitations and comes through in the clutch. Tim and Michelle were all those things and more. This is my second time purchasing a home. My experience with this purchase was markably different than my first experience. I found a house I was interested in purchasing without having my current home on the market. In order to make an attractive offer, I had to sell my current home in a short period of time. Michelle made the stress of buying a new home and selling my current home relatively stress free. We were able to maximize the value of our old home, sell our home and purchase our new home all within 35 days! Michelle had a handle of everything throughout the whole process. Michelle was great on helping me look for a house. I was very picky and she was patient with me and never rushed me when I would take over an hour to walk through the houses. She eventually found me the perfect house when I was ready to give up. She was very helpful through the paperwork process and reached out to the necessary parties to make sure everything was going smoothly.
