Michelle was a real pleasure to work with from the initial point of contact all the way through closing and she even did a tremendous job with setting up the final move in. She showed us several properties and took the time to listen to our input as to what type of property/amenities we were looking for which helped us narrow the search down to the home that was just right for our needs. Being a full service realtor Michelle helped locate a property, connected us with a mortgage company, negotiated on our behalf to get the best deal possible, set up all of the inspections, put us in touch with construction and landscape professionals, and even hired a moving company to move us from our previous property to our new home! Michelle was able to give us great guidance in selling our home. She was open to our pricing, even though it was a bit higher than her suggested price. After our opening weekend did not receive as much interest as we would have liked, Michelle suggested the appropriate strategy to garner more interest. In the end, the strategy paid off. We got close to our initial offering price. Through the whole process, Michelle was very responsive when we had any questions. She would often reply to missed calls within a matter of minutes, and she worked during our off hours which was usually nights and weekends. Once we finally had offers on the table, Michelle was able to steer us in the direction of the buyer with the least amount of concerns. We had some doubts, but Michelle did not. And she was right! I have already referred her to my co-worker, and I will refer her to all of my family and friends.

My Fiance and I just moved to Colorado from California, recently engaged and are pretty young. I have had experiences in the past where realtors do not take us seriously and sometimes will not show us house. Immediately Michelle was very polite and was determined to find us what we wanted. She got our vision right away and got us into multiple houses (12) over the course of two days. This process was so smooth and I give Michelle all the credit. She was amazing to work with, kept us updated constantly and recommended the best loan guy, we closed in under 30 days! My Fiance and I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work, late nights and quick action to get us into the house we are in now. Our house was on the market for one day and Michelle stayed up so late with us to get our offer in so it wouldn't get bit up. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle, no pressure and she has an great attitude and loves what she does, you can just tell. We will definitely be using her again in the future when needed!
