We are first-time home-buyers who had a lot of trepidation about the process. Chris Hovtal, our agent, reassured us that it was his job to make the process as smooth as possible. And he did! My experience with the Mickey Group was limited to our agent Rachel Nanni and Maddie, one of the women that provide various support functions from the office, my girlfriend did meet the rest of the team though at a kickoff meeting.Rachel and Maddie are an awesome team and made the process as close to stress free as possible, excellent service and response time. I was surprised that we even got response late night and weekends to our emails.
