I cannot recommend Miguel and Linda highly enough! My husband and I just bought a fabulous home in Green Valley, and were represented by Miguel Solar for the search and purchase of it. We did not buy an expensive home. There was not a lot of commission to be made on our house (and we found Miguel after being fired by another agent because of this). Miguel and Linda are the ultimate professionals. They have gone above and beyond what was required of them; they sent listings as soon as they came on the market, submitted a fast offer, went into great detail about our inspection reports, advised us, supported us, navigated a complicated loan scenario, an extended escrow, a difficult tenant situation, arranged a lock smith, recommended a house clearance company, helped with a power of attorney, worked around our travel dates, and on and on. They could not have done more. They were available at all sorts of times, always returned our calls immediately, really truly went out of their way to help us buy this home and be comfortable and happy with the process. And this is not a million dollar home we’re talking about, there was not much to be made from this, and still they worked and worked and worked until everything was right.
