Mike Alley, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Black Hills represents a change from the traditional REALTOR®. As an active member of his community helping people buy or sell property is simply an extension of his community involvement. Mike opened the first South Dakota EXIT REALTY franchise, EXIT REALTY BLACK HILLS/Rapid City, in February of 2005. We continue to grow and added an office in Deadwood in May of 2017.
