We decided to engage Mike based on a referral to him from a close friend and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Mike was there every step of the way, from showing us homes, helping us research, negotiating on our behalf, etc. He kept us informed every step of the way. When near the end of the process our loan nearly fell through, Mike was in contact with everyone else involved to make sure we landed on our feet and ultimately, in our dream home. I honestly believe he didn't rest until our situation was back on track and headed to closing. At no point in the whole process did I feel like a client, but rather a partner. In short, I've had numerous other realtors in the past, but I'll only have one going forward. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our buying experience and Mike is the biggest reason behind that.

Mike got in touch with Crown Reality which had the land we wanted listed. Mike was able to show us the land and worked very hard to find the information that we needed to be able to purchase the acres of land. Mike helped us get the land at a price that we were willing to pay and then he got all the paper work done. When it came time to sign papers Mike was there to see that we had everything needed and we felt comfortable in signing papers with Mike there as we signed the papers. I know that Mike was very busy but took the time to be with us as we signed papers. I would highly recommend Mike when you are ready to buy!!!!
