Great experience. Mike was with me all the way. I was in Florida and hr anthe property wete in Hawaii. Worked out fine. My offer was third in line for the condo but we prevailed and I was able to move from Florida to Big Island of Hawaii.

Mike is a very competent, knowledgeable and pro active realtor. He actually found our dream home for us. We were not able to fly to Hawaii immediately so he went to the house and sent us 4 detailed videos totaling over 30 minutes of tour time and fully described the home as he went through it. We put an offer on the house, sight-unseen, and couldn't be happier. The closing process was incredibly long because of the STVR process. But through the months it took to get approval, Mike kept us tuned in to everything happening so we were never in the dark.
