Yuri and Mike did an excellent job selling our townhome and helping us to buy our very first single family home. The La Team went above and beyond to advertise our townhouse by making phone calls, going door to door, sending out flyers and using social media. Yuri coached us through the selling process and made sure that our place was staged the right way and felt welcoming to the potential buyers. My husband and I were baffled by the huge turnout. All it took was one open house to receive multiple cash offers that were above the asking price. We sold our townhome that weekend thanks to the proactive, professional, and incredibly supportive La Team. Yuri and Mike also helped us to buy our next home. This was my first home purchase and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Mike La. He was very thorough and helped walk me through every step of the process which was incredibly important since I had no idea of what I was doing. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give me feedback and insight on what to look for during the viewing, inspection, and appraisal process. But I would say Mike's biggest strength was his ability to quickly learn what it was I was looking for and anticipate what locations/places would be the best for me. That's the perfect home for me and my family. He walked us thru every step from choosing a home to loan process to home inspection to finally the key!
