Mike emodies the principle of "making it happen". My wife and I needed to sell our house quickly in order to relocate for a new job. Given it was the middle of winter, the odds were against us in both time and maximizing sale value. Once we made the decision to list, Mike was able to set us with stagers, repairmen, carpeters, and put us on the market inside of two-weeks. The first weekend on the market, we had over 25 families come through our open house. Within three days we had an offer. Unfortunately that offer fell through due to indecision on the buyers part. When that happened, Mike spent the day calling his contacts, reaching out to others that expressed mild interest and otherwise might be a potential buyer. Within 24 hours, Mike hand delivered an asking price offer - in the middle of January! If you want to get your house sold, Mike is the guy.

He gave us a great package of comprable valued homes so that we could make our decision on what to offer. Mike has connections to allow you to get the appropriate legal advice, inspections, and any other help that may be needed along the way. Mike is fair and honest and has a good sense of humor. He is a pleasure to work with. one of the days that we were looking for homes he was out of town but his agency covered for him which was awesome so he works for a good agency as well as him being a good agent.Mike was always prompt and well prepared for our showings. He had the listings printed out he had the cards printed out when we went to make an offer.The computer systems at the agency seem good as well. You will get a great report when you go to purchase or sell the home. I would highly recommend Mike for a first time buyer. An out-of-town buyer. Or even an experienced buyer. When you compare him to other real estate agents he's in a class by himself.

Our home was in very nice shape. The issues were raised by MIke and I listened and fixed. Mike was very good when it came to what I consider the hard part, negotiation.
