Starting with home staging through final settlement we successfully sold my house in two days and exceeded my asking price by five figures. In 2011 I was a fairly recent widower and decided I wanted a change of scenery. I had no idea where I wanted to move to or what realtor I wanted to work with to sell my house and help me find a new one. I stopped in at an open house in a nearby community. As luck would have it, Liz was the realtor showing the house. As we got talking it turned out that I knew and very much liked her husband Mike. She is hard working, bright, patient and trustworthy, just to name a few qualities. I never felt any pressure to sell or buy when working with her. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Liz and Mike to anyone and they would be my first call if I ever decided to move again. We have remained good friends to this day
