Our agent, Mike Pettid was great! We looked at what I felt was a lot of houses and he was super patient and helpful and any questions we had he always answered. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is house shopping!

Mike did a very good job. He responded to all of my requests in negotiating with the buy of my house. He also helped me with repairs in the house I bought and followed through with the seller of the house I bought to insure all repairs defined in the inspection were made. He did this even after the closing when I discovered some repairs had not been made.

Mike is very knowledgeable, honest and hard working. He found us a home before it even went on the market. Then he sold our home for the asking price in a day. After the sell Mike made sure the closing went smoothly by staying in touch with everyone and taking care of any problems that came up. Mike is a true professional.
