Mike Politi

just thought it was incredibly important to let you know my experience with Mike Politi. This may be a little lengthy but it needs to be recognized. My husband Derek and I first met Mike back in December of 2017. We were thinking about possibly buying a new home and we came across one that we wanted to see so we left our information on the website and that's when we first met Mike. We went to see the home and it didn't really fit our needs and I had told Mike that we were just looking around and not even sure if this was something we wanted to do. We would have had to put our house up for sale as well to buy the new one. Mike was more than professional during the first showing. He asked about needs and our wants and said that there was no pressure and that if the time came that we would remember him. I told him of course. Some time had gone by and Derek and I kept looking online to see if there was anything else we had liked. We had gone back and forth with all the pros and cons of getting into a new home. We both were very firm that we weren't going to settle for less. During this time, off and on, Mike would constantly check in on us, with no pressure he just wanted to let us know he was there if anything changed. A few months ago it did change. We saw a house and called Mike to go see it. We loved it (at the time). We discussed it and decided that this was something we wanted to do. We then told Mike to go ahead and list our house and lets get this dream started. The following day Mike and his colleague, Michael McGrath, came over and listed our house. Mike P. and Michael were amazing. From the listing, pictures and wording the sale of our home. They did such an amazing job. Our home was now ready to sell. We had made an offer on the home and it was accepted. I won't go into every detail about this particular contract but for us it was an absolute nightmare. My light was both Mike P. and Michael M. They were on top of it from the start until we cancelled due to the home inspection. Mike had stayed by our side the entire time, from late night calls to all day getting things signed he always took my calls, emails and texts. I, for a minute, thought I was his only client because of how he made us feel. Nothing was ever rushed, no question was unanswered. Mike took the time to make this personal. The same day we cancelled with the first house our home went into contract. I will admit I was a little afraid we weren't gonna find a home. Mike that same night took us out to look at more houses. It didn't stop there. He continued to send us houses that he thought would fit our needs. I will say our needs and wants weren't always easy to meet when it came to finding the dream home. Which now brings me to the lending part. I had a lender I used in the past. We were told a certain amount by him that we were approved for. We kept looking at that price range and everything we saw we just hated. We honestly felt at this point we had made the biggest mistake selling our home. Mike again came in and asked us to give his lender a try. A second opinion. What could it hurt, right? We spoke with Steve Wichmann from All Western who is absolutely great at his job. He got us approved for enough that would make it hopefully a little easier to find that dream home and finally we did. I truly believe if your not suppose to have something it will just not work out, and the first house didn't. We have now come across the home we want to finish making the memories in with our family. Mike had gone so above and beyond what I think most agents wouldn't of done. He took my venting, my fears, my happiness my every emotion during this whole process and he rode with them. Mike stayed on top of everything from start to finish. The things we thought were impossible Mike and his team made them possible. When Mike, and Ruth Byrnes from Premier American Title, go around and get signatures in the middle of the day to make sure we close when we needed to was more than just trying to close a deal it was true compassion and understanding at its best. They all knew how stressed out and time sensitive this whole process was for my family. In closing this recognition to Mike and The McGrath Group I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your time, dedication, patience, perseverance and kindness to me and my entire family.
