Mike helped me just a few months ago to sell my old home, in a very short time frame & Above asking price. I of course went back to them to assist in searching for my new home. I worked with Hannah this time around & in a months time, I found & closed on my new home. Hannah is great, very kind & always there to help with any and all questions along the way. In the most recent sale, the buyer had what seemed to be a very inexperienced and oblivious realtor. Their actions presented multiple delays in the sale up to and including at the closing table. Mike and his team worked relentlessly to solve each problem at hand until the papers were signed. Our condo was listed recently in addition to the house sale that was so problematic. We had an offer in 6 days and will go to the closing table in two more weeks. I am reassured that this closing will go off without a hitch and if any problems arise, the team has my back and will get it done so I can move to the beach worry free! I've had the pleasure of working with The Mike Price Team twice now, and both times were a pleasure. This most recent time involved me purchasing a home long distance as I made plans to move back to the Metro Atlanta Area. Mike assigned Hannah Hughes as the agent to help me and she did a tremendous job in scheduling virtual showings for me and personally walking me through every home I wanted to see and bringing Mike in to offer sound advice and guidance when necessary. After only 10 days and virtually viewing 6 homes, I found MY HOME!!! The team worked tirelessly to help me get to a good competitive offer and 30 days later I closed. They whole time Hannah coordinated various trades to come see the home during the due diligence period on my behalf and was at the home to greet me when I flew down for 1 day to see the house myself prior to the due diligence period being over. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided me, and I will surely recommend them to my family and friends and use them again in the future.

Hannah was so kind, responsive and informative. She paired us with a great mortgage lender and inspector as well.
