Working with Mike Tchobanian and his team was an absolute amazing experience. We had a meeting in the very beginning to give him an idea of the area we wanted to look at, as well as a list of things we were looking for in a home. We did a lot of research on our own but what Mike and his team found for us met every expectation we set forth. We ran into a few issues but Mike and his team were all over it. Finding out information, negotiating resolutions and more. I've worked with a lot of real estate agents in the Las Vegas area and Mike is by far the best in town. I, personally, like the fact that Mike is a "no joke" type of person. He's short, sweet and to the point but keeps it very professional. I would recommend Mike to any and all my friends, family and even strangers.
