Prior to getting licensed, Mike worked as an Asset Manager where he negotiated hundreds of short sales with homeowners faced with falling behind on their mortgage payments. Mike''s team has closed over 2,000 transactions and if you were to ask Mike he would tell you a lot of it is because he had the best assistant in the world. To his clients she is known as Terri, but to Mike she is known as "Mom". Terri Toste has been with Mike for the past 14 years and has watched his business continue to evolve. Mike has one more special team member and that would be his bride Erin Toste who brings an additional 10 years of assisting buyer and sellers.
