Mike was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! We opted to list our home ourselves and met Mike while perusing an open house. He provided honest and constructive feedback on our listing and was so helpful during that part of the process when he really didn't have to be. Once we had an offer, Mike was incredibly flexible and took us out 3 times in 1 week to see numerous homes. He was always available for any and all questions, and we seriously could not have been more pleased. I do not recommend people often but don't even hesitate in this case-Mike is a true professional and you will not be disappointed!

Mike was fantastic to work with all around! He was willing to take the time to understand my immediate and long term goals relating to selling my home. 10% above asking, under contract in 1 day, enough said. I chose Mike Waseen after interviewing several other agents. Others offered lower commission and higher list prices, but no one could produce realistic comparisons to support their valuation. Mike sat down with me to understand my situation, offered a few strategies on how to sell the house and helped me decide which option was best for me. Mikes service didnt end there, he was in constant contact with the buyers agent to make sure the transaction closed smoothly. He even met the appraiser at the house to show him the offers in hand to help support a 10% over asking valuation. In the end, the house appraised out and the sale lifted the market value in the area, something Im sure pleased my old neighbors. I will be using Mike Waseen again, and you should too.
