Mike was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and explained everything to us. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

My husband and I stumbled upon Mike at a local open house. Although we weren't really "looking" for a house yet, we had been feeling pretty disheartened by the real estate prospects in the Wheaton and Glen Ellyn area after moving from Atlanta a few months ago. We told Mike some of the key features we were hoping for in a house and he suggested a neighborhood in Naperville that was within our price range and would be an easy drive for my husband to get to work.A few days later Mike followed up with us via email but was not pushy or aggressive, which we appreciated, as we were not expecting to be serious about looking for several more months. I started looking online at houses in the neighborhood he suggested and was so excited that he'd hit the nail on the head. A few days later we found our dream home and although Mike offered to show us more houses in the area, we knew this was the one. Everything about this process was effortless. Mike was knowledgeable and available for our every need or question. He was very confident in the negotiation process, and we were very happy to have had a friendly transaction, after having worked with a very hostile buyer of our Atlanta property.Mike is personable, fun, and was a pleasure to work with. I have no doubt that he would have spent months helping us search for the perfect house, but I'm glad he didn't have to! We would work with Mike again, and would recommend his services to anyone.

Mike helped us secure our office for our in-home care agency. He was very knowledgeable about the cities that we wanted to research for our new location. He supplied us with a lot of options that were within our budget. Mike always responded to our emails and calls and did so in a timely manner. Overall Mike was a pleasure to work with. Mike was a great help to us as first-time home buyers, walking us through each part of the process. At the same time I never felt rushed or pressured to make quick decisions. He patiently talked through different scenarios with us - and through a failed home inspection. He was always very responsive through email and text!

My wife and I decided in early 2016 we'd start perusing open houses to get an idea what the market was like in Chicago's western suburbs. We didn't have a realtor, nor did we expect to find one right away. The first house we walked into was one of Mike's; he took 15 or 20 minutes to talk to us, gave us his card, and we went on our way. We visited 3 more houses that day and immediately realized Mike's combination of knowledge, honesty and humor were exactly what we wanted from a realtor. Over the next 3 months we looked at dozens of homes, and found our perfect place. None of it would have happened without Mike's guidance. He made himself available to us day and night, walked us through every step of the home buying process, and was honest with us the entire time. He's an all-around good person to boot, and we would recommend him to anyone in the market for a home.

Mike was great to work with! We saw many houses (the good, the bad, and the ugly!) and even when he thought one wasn't right for our family, he happily and promptly scheduled a time to tour it. After a long search, Mike found us our house and it was been wonderful making it into our home! He was great to work with during the buying experience and answered any question we had. While I don't plan on buying another house any time soon, I do plan on recommending Mike to friends or family looking for their next house.

We met Mike at an Open House in Glen Ellyn. We had not been working with a realtor and he became "ours" at this open house! He was very knowledgeable about the Glen Ellyn/Wheaton area (our preferred location) and truly listened to what we were looking for in our new home. He was very responsive after each call we made to him...he even dropped what he was doing on a Saturday evening to show us a home we passed by earlier in the day and wanted to see. He showed us a number of homes and after each showing asked what we liked, what we didn't. We discussed options to build on vacant lots, rehabbing, etc. and after a few months we finally found our new home -- Mike helped us to negotiated a great price. Since we have moved in, he has checked in a number of times to see how we are settling in.We sold our home by owner and he even came by and told us what we needed to do to stage our home it to sell...never, ever asking for us to list with him. Mike is a great guy and true professional! If we ever look for a new home -- we will be calling Mike!
