Mike was very helpful! He is straightforward and honest. We were new to the area and he did a great job helping us select the perfect home. He had a difficult task helping us to find a home in a small timeframe and he showed us many excellent options.

Mike was extremely patient as I looked at many houses over 4 months trying to find the 'right' one. It was a tough search because there wasn't much out there in my price range, but ultimately the house that I chose was one that he found for me at the perfect time (the very first day the listing was active). Had it not been for his thinking outside the box to find me listings in an area I hadn't yet considered, I would never have gotten this one that I love! Mike is very professional and helpful in every aspect of the home buying process. I'll start off the review with the most important part -- if I was going to buy another piece of property I wouldn't even think of using anyone else.Now for some info on our experience: My wife and I were lightly looking for a home for over a year and when we finally found one we were referred to Mike. We hesitated because with our own extensive business background we weren't sure we needed a realtor and we didn't want to get stuck with a high pressure and frustrating situation. We are do-it-ourselves kind of people. Ultimately we listened to a good friend of ours who said to call Mike and we are VERY glad that we did. Mike brought so much to the table from his knowledge of the market, to talking us through the bidding process (it turned out that someone else put an offer on the house just after we did) and ultimately proved invaluable not just in the purchase process but also through to the closing. I can't say enough about how great Mike is to work. Whether we needed to sign papers at 8:00 am at our house before work - which he came over twice to get things signed -- or meeting a contractor at the house to get them access so we could get some renovation quotes prior to closing, Mike was always there on time, with a smile and extremely supportive. Stop reading this review and call Mike. You can't make a better choice.

Mike was awesome! He was very accesible, I was always able to reach him when I needed him. He was very knowledgeable and if I was getting ready to make a bad choice he would tell me, which was great because I am a first time homebuyer. He knew what I was looking for in a home and if I thought I liked a home he always gave me the pros and cons! He is very down to earth and easy to work with! Mike rocks!

I first asked Mike to show me only condos in the West Hartford area. We looked at ones that had the features that I said were important to me.. He also suggested others which he was very happy to show me. I eventually realized that I needed more of a house than a condo. He was very patient and found me the perfect home-- an attached house which was in a condo development. The association meets all my needs of property care- snow removal, landscaping and maintains all of the outside of the house. He was with me from the beginning to the final signing of the papers.

Mike was part of the team when I bought the property so it was natural to go back to him for the sale when I relocated out of the area. As the house was vacant and going into winter, I needed someone who was not only highly professional, but who took that extra personal interest to check in on the house periodically and to update me (without my inquiring) that all was okay with it. First-time home buying in our case. Mike made the entire experience simple to follow, was spot-on with his advice and was highly knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but Mike was there with high-quality information and knowledge to resolve any questions we had. We used Mike's recommendations for wood-eating insect inspection and home inspections and both people were top-notch as well. Michael has great attention to detail and, most importantly, was honest and straight with us with any question we had. At the same time, it NEVER felt like he was imposing house features, styles, or other characteristics while we searched. Mike was an AMAZING agent. I was referred to Mike by a friend that had recently purchased a new home and said he had a great experience with his agent. I explained to my friend that I needed someone that was very responsive, trustworthy, experienced, and most of all put my best interests first. Mike delivered on every one of these points. My first thought was that because I was looking at cheaper homes that were in need of repair I may not get the same amount of attention as someone looking at more expensive houses.
