I received daily updates on the progress of the sale, and whenever anyone was in my home a representative was there as well. We first contacted Mikel based on a referral from a coworker and reached out to him with a house in mind that we had seen online. He had an appointment lined up for the next day where we met him for the first time. We ended up touring three houses with him in four days, got referrals for the mortgage, inspector, and insurance, and had an accepted offer on the third house we saw two days later! We were able to close on our new home just two months after we first met him.Even though this was our first home purchase we felt confident and comfortable with everything because of Mikel. He knew the area extremely well, talked to us about the cities in the area that fell within the criteria we were looking for, and was able to answer questions about potential renovations/updates or repairs so we wouldn't get in over our heads and sure enough when the inspection came in it echoed what Mikel had pointed out to us during the initial tour of the home which just solidified our confidence in him.The whole process was so smooth and seamless, each person he recommended to us has been wonderful, and we would highly recommend Mikel to anyone needing an agent!
