        Mikiko's years of experience were very helpful to me when I was wondering whether to counter offer. She has remarkable wisdom about the sincerity and honesty of buyers.

      • Most people I talk to moan and groan when you talk about a 1031 Exchange. The process is sometimes complicated, intimidating, most times drawn out and takes a long time to complete. Well, I don't know if we were just lucky or if our realtor Miki helped make the process and transaction less complicated, rather seamless and fast.Miki had just found a very strong buyer for our relinquished property and the transaction had just opened escrow. If you know Miki, she doesn't waste anytime. A week later we were already on the hunt for a replacement property. She had a bunch of properties lined up and knew exactly what we wanted and took us to see this property first before the first open house. We liked it, but at the time did not know that for sure. Miki took us to see a few more other listings. What we like about Miki is that she will tell you what you don't want to hear, because she is only looking out for your best interest. So she will take you to see a property and tell you why she thinks that it is not good for you. At this point we had worked with Miki for 6 months on the renovation and sale of our relinquished property and had total trust in her opinions. This is why we decided to take these other listings off of our "potential properties list".It wasn't the perfect timing for Miki when we finally decided to put an offer in for the first listing that she showed us. But that doesn't stop Miki. Even when her work takes her abroad, and she's ready to board a plane to Korea, she still has time to draw up a sales contract! She was in constant communication with us and the sellers realtor, negotiating the final sales contract for us while in Korea and Japan. If not for her total dedication and willingness to help us and make sure that we secured the property that we wanted, we would still be looking for a replacement property. She came to our inspections, escrow meetings and closing. She was there every step of the way making sure everything went thru as scheduled. If you had a question it was always answered immediately, and if you didn't get back to her, she always followed up.Miki is so organized, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She cares about her clients. Having her as our realtor made our 1031 exchange transaction run so much smoother that we could ever imagine. I tell everyone that I am so lucky and grateful to have her as our realtor. We closed on our relinquished property on 8/7/17 and closed on our replacement property on 8/23/17 and I truly feel that if not for Miki, we would still be looking for a property.We not only gained an awesome realtor but also a true friend that we have total trust in. I tell all my friends and family about her and wish everyone could have the same experience that we had. Our transaction is done, but we are looking forward to doing more with her.

She gives good sound advise on what to buy and what not to buy if you're purchasing. If you're selling your home, she knows how to stage and advertise your home so it sells fast, which is sometimes difficult to do with a high end home.
