My wife and I began looking our first home while I was still in the US Army. We lived in Fort Drum, NY at the time but knew we wanted to be in the Collin County area. Mindi was a terrific help with neighborhoods and amenities. She was very knowledgeable about builders, as well. We gave her a sizable list of must-haves and nice-to-haves that she adhered to perfectly. Our time was never wasted with houses that were beaten up or out of our price range. We modified our "wants" a few times, and she always took the changes in stride.Mindi has a great demeanor and attitude. She is also a thorough and tough advocate for us as buyers. When something needed to be handled on the other side of the table, Mindi jumped in and handled it. We felt protected and well represented.Any time we buy or sell a home, it will be through Mindi.

Since it is our first home, explaining the process of home-buying was explained to us in great detail. We felt comfortable and confident to move forward with the process with Mindi. She is very personable and as you can see in her photo, she gives you a smile no matter what, as to say, "I am here for you!" I know if I have any questions about any issues concerning our home, she will still be available years after we closed on our house. And she was! Moved in our home approx. end of April, AC unit went out close to end of May and luckily we had home warranty (which she highly recommended to purchase). I didn't know how to make the service call to our home warranty company. I emailed Mindi and she replied right back. She even emailed a few days later to ask if everything went smoothly. I cannot express how appreciative we are on how professional, knowledgeable and the availability Mindi had during the home showings and home buying processes. Highly recommend you call her!

We had the best experience and a wonderful result working with Mindi. She was attentive to our needs as the seller and very proactive in her approach to bring buyers in. She helped us with the "getting ready process" with ideas and suggestions. Then ensured that pictures of our house were posted soon after it was listed. The house sold in 6 days!!!!! That was with two separate offers. We were thrilled. After the offer was accepted, Mindi continued to work with us through the inspection process. She even came to our house to meet the Gas Company because we were unable to break from work. The day of closing came as planned where we met with her and the title company. All in all it was the easiest transaction we have ever made.Mindi is a delight to work with and her customer service skills are outstanding. We have recommended her to our friends in Texas. Mindi is not only a great friend but also the best realtor! As a first time homebuyer not knowing what I was getting into, Mindi was always there to answer any questions. Having to sell my Plano area town home and didn't have a whole lot of time to do so, I decided to give Mindi a call. Within hours, she called and set an appointment for the very next day. She was punctual to the appointment, addressed all my questions/concerns/worries I had. Mindi priced the town home aggressively to sell "quick" and by the next day - I had a contract.
