I Knew Mindy from a Gym where I went. When we decided to sell our house we did not hesitate to hire her. It was a very good decision. She is easy to talk to and absolutely never makes you feel bad for all the things that you just don't know. She is a very positive person!!! and she was excited to sell our home for us and so we knew she was the right peson to do this for us.She had professional pictures taken of the inside and out side of our house and property. The pictures truely showed our home and property as it really was. We were very pleased. Mindy also advertised our home in many area's and did open houses, she left no stone unturned!!!At the same time we had our house on the market, we were also looking for a new home. She researched all the areas that we were interested in and put us on an Auto Email so we could see houses that just came on the market and have good and up to date information on listings and when we seen something we wanted see we would tell her. Then OFF we would go!! She was very busy with us and she had no problem with it either, She LOVES her job!!I felt very comfortable calling her anytime, over any question I had. She always took us seriously and answered my questions and if she needed to made a call to find out the answer, she did that right away. Again we never felt like we were a burden.After looking at so many houses we came to the conclusion that if we bought a regular home we would still have the same issues that we had we our own home. We needed to down size and we could not keep up with a yard!! So, we changed directions, and Mindy did the research and we found a place we like with all the amenities we needed. Mindy helped us with all the paper work and helped us understand it all. We got anxious many times , but she always kept calm and was reassuring. I can't say enough about her as a person and a Realtor.She did sell our house and we got our asking price!!She made everything easy for us she is one of a kind and she loves people.Anyone looking for a Realtor she is the one to hire. She is an Honest and very detailed person and she makes sure everything is coverd.We recommend Mindy without any hesitation
