Mindy Yates

Mindy helped me find my beautiful home in Temecula. She didn't show me anything that didn't meet my minimum requirements or any home that had things I said I "didn't want". I've been in my home for 5+ years and have never felt that I got into something I didn't want. Thanks Mindy for being so diligent, attentive and considerate! - Vanessa Rodarte

After a lifetime of being in the Real Estate industry, my husband and I have experienced many disappointments. Mindy has been without doubt, the agent who has stayed in constant touch, has always answered her phone, knew exactly what her buyers wanted and were capable of affording. She is ethical, competent and a delight to work with.also, has surrounded herself with a team that is connected. If we are ever in need of any real estate services in the I.E. she is the only Agent for uus. I can go on but you get the message. And of course, her team , Hope and Brandi, exceptional service! Their Broker should be proud! - Bobbi Robinson

Mindy is so amazing! She listed our house, and within days we had multiple offers. Our house was in escrow within five days!! She has gone above and beyond and was so helpful with all of our questions and made selling our very first home a breeze!! Thank you so much, Mindy. - Shariya Skimin

Mindy is AMAZING and we wouldn't use anyone else but her! She sold us our beautiful home and is going to be selling it for us due to moving out of state. She's very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease, whether you're buying or selling your home. Thank you Mindy for all you've done for us! We will miss you! - Natalie Delibac
