She did not help me, never returned calls like she said she would. Asked her for housing information never got. Last time I talked to her was over a year ago and she said she would get back to me. Not completely sure how many people she helped find there dream homes but I was definitely not one of them.

I received a call back from Minerva where she said that the housing market was not in the best shape for my prequalified 225. Then said she talked to her financial advisers and asked if one reached out to me. Then she blamed me for waiting so long to reach out to her. Reminded her she said she would call me me. I have no patience with people that like to make excuses and when that’s not working blame the person instead. My advice to everyone if use her do not trust what’s said over the phone by her or her team. Not as reliable as she claims in her advertisement. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
