Missy Book did an absolutely amazing job helping us sell our home in Whittier. I just sold my first home in the USA, and truthfully I did not know what to do or expect. I talked with several agents, but I did not feel comfortable with any except Missy, out of all of them I had this deep down feeling that she was out to do the best for her client and not just after a commission check, and I was more than correct with my first impression and feeling that she was as honest as I thought. She guided me all the way through the process step by step, and any time I had a question i never had to wait for an answer, the longest i ever had to wait was about 45 minutes while she researched my question, and my bad, it was a pretty dumb question I asked, oops. From the start to the end I was fully informed on what I had to do and what Missy was setting up for me. The house needed some work, she had all of the contacts required who quoted and bid on the work, she has an amazing network at her fingertips. Overall I was 100% satisfied with Missy's knowledge and performance, and I was proud to leave my house knowing the new owners will be extremely happy with what they purchased. I personally cannot recommend Missy enough, she is perfect in every way, not like what seemed to be the norm, a bunch of used car salesmen. Sorry other agents, but Missy has you beat when it comes to customer service, which I myself, work in every day :)

Missy was a great asset in the sale of the house. She coordinated every aspect of the preparation of the house before the listing and open house. Missy coordinated the documentation needed with the escrow and made the sale of the house go smoothly. We would highly recommend them.

Bobbie did a great job on selling our property. She kept us informed about what was going on at all times. I would highly suggest using them. We also used them as a property manager for this property as it was a rental at first.

It had been a long time since we were involved in selling a property. A family home, left to us in a trust. So hard to let go. Missy & Bobbie we both so considerate & patient in understanding our feelings to let go. 5 siblings grew up there & all 5 in the trust. They were remarkable.
