Missy is a true professional. We had lived in our home for over 17 years and knew no real estate agents. I used the internet and neighbors to find the top local real estate agents. Then I sent emails to 25 agents of whom only 6 responded. After the interviewing process, we selected Missy. While she had not recently listed a house in our neighborhood, we appreciated her eagerness to work with us and especially liked her attitude. She suggested repairs necessary to our make our house more sellable and, once completed, we agreed on a listing price. In less than 30 days we had a contract and settled shortly thereafter which exactly matched our desires. Missy's behind the scenes marketing of our house really paid off. We highly recommend her.

My husband and I worked with Missy as a buyer's agent. We made an offer on a short-sale property in October 2012. Missy's expertise led to our contract being accepted over 3 other offers. Over the many months that it took the paperwork to wend its way through 2 banks, Missy was nothing short of fantastic. She developed great relationships with the seller's agent and the title company, and was Johnny-on-the-spot with weekly status updates. She was able to manage our expectations, while at the same time, support us through what was an anxious, emotional time. Our contract was ultimately ratified after about 5 months, and we closed in April 2013. I don't have adequate words to express the level of Missy's professionalism, dedication, and expertise. On top of it all, she's just a warm, honest, salt-of-the-earth person and a pleasure to be around. We have since recommended her to a close family member who has raved about her, as well. She even came out on a snowy evening to help stage my home just so that we could stay on schedule.
