Being passionate about my career is very important to me. If you aren’t enjoying what you are doing, it shows. I love working with people. You need to like meeting new and different folks all the time. Another key element is helping others. I find it rewarding to go above and beyond what is excepted. I use these characteristics along with knowing the Denver area market, staying current with technology, and remaining calm in what can be a very emotional time for my clients. I strive for always being a professional that believes in putting my client’s needs first. I have an extensive background in recruiting in the IT industry. I learned early on the importance of being a good negotiator, interviewing skills to determine wants and needs, and forming professional relationships. I have taken this knowledge an adapted it to my real estate career.
