We contacted her she was very negative on the phone. She tried to talk us out of selling at that time. Told us it probably wouldn't sell houses weren't moving. We stayed with her anyway. She tried to talk us into replacing our water heater. Telling us that it was a law that they had to be replaced after 14 yrs. Which we found out was false.she tried to talk us into replacing our light fixtures. Which we didn't do either. The house sold the first day on the market. When we were working through the closing we definitely got the feeling that she was working more for the buyer than she was working for us. I guess because we were moving out of state and they would be neighbors in her subdivision. We have bought and sold 5 homes in our past and after it all we always received a nice gift from our realtors. We didn't even receive a nice card which would have been enough for a listing she did very little with at all.
