THIS MAN RENTS BEDBUG INFESTED HOUSES TO PEOPLE IN DESPERATE OR POOR CREDIT SITUATIONS, STEALS THEIR MONEY, KEEPS THEIR BELONGINGS, AND RE-RENTS THE SAME DAMN HOUSE WITH THE PREVIOUS PEOPLES BELONGINGS IN IT, ALL WITHOUT EVER ADDRESSING THE BEDBUG INFESTATION. THE BEDBUGS ARE IN EVERY CRACK/CREVICE/PIECE OF WOOD IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE!!! CHECK THE COURT RECORDS!! HE'S BEEN RENTING INFESTED HOUSES FOR YEARS!!!

This guy is terrible. He owns dozens of homes in Las Vegas that he got from VA administration in 1996. I rented a house from him and he evicted me for not paying my rent on time. The house was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. He tried to keep my belongings when I was evicted. Whatever you do, don't rent or buy a home from this guy. All he care about is making money. He is already multi millionaire. He take advantage of people that are poor and cannot always pay on time.

This man is a slum lord in my neighborhood! I have watched for years him taking advantage of people and hurting families. I had no idea he was a Realtor!!! Century 21 has certainly lowered every standard I worked under. This is not just about bugs but plumbing power glass in the mounds of dirt he calls a yard. Walls are falling apart!! Renters pay a Large rent begging for repairs while he sits back waiting for them to give up so he can move another one in. More have moved for that reason than being late with rent. The house has been an eyesore in the neighborhood for years everyone assumed it was untouchable.

This guy NEEDS to loose his license.And loose all his rentals.We love the house we are in and wanna buy it.We have not been able to use our kitchen since we moved in.Our pool is disgusting.......We were so happy to get the house. We signed the lease that we believe it is not Legit.He asks for us to pay $500 deductible before any one thing needs to be fixed.He sent a crack head supposed to be a handy man.Lets STOP this guy once and for all.

We are done dealing with this Fraudster, We called code enforcement on him. He gave us an eviction Notice , He told the code enforcement officer by email more than once, I am mentally ill because I am gay. Any good attorneys please

We are renting a house from him We signed the lease without reading it because he always "in a hurry."after reading it we are appalled but what it states.this house has black mold BIG ASS water bugs that bite and he never wants to fix anything.lease states it always up to us to fix everything and for pest control.
