My family and I went on a one year journey with Molly to find our dream home in beautiful, La Canada Flintridge. Our journey began with the sale of our home in Mt. Washington. Molly provided guidance on what needed to be done before the property went to market. Our home sold quickly thanks to Mollys excellent marketing strategy. When we found our dream home, Molly used her exceptional knowledge of the real estate market and experience as a negotiator to carefully craft an offer that was accepted by the sellers. We entered into escrow before the property went to market thus avoiding competition from many potential buyers. During the escrow process, Molly closely monitored the entire transaction, making sure documents were reviewed and completed in a timely manner. She scheduled appointments with all the inspectors and received bids on repairs. She arranged for an interior designer to provide consultation on what needed to be done to update the home. Molly also provided contacts to some of her best contractors to help with the remodel. Given the mountain of paperwork involved, the entire process went smoothly and I was able to close escrow in 30 days!! After seven weeks of remodeling, my family and I now live in our new home and enjoying it. All of the contractors referred by Molly did an incredible job and were wonderful people to work with! I truly felt that she genuinely cares about the clients that she represents. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, I would highly recommend Molly Cronin!

Molly was outstanding in every way. I was a first-time buyer and wanted everything explained. She was very patient and guided me through the process. She was very knowledgeable about the area, which is so invaluable. She was also very detail oriented when viewing homes, giving thoughtful observations. The home I purchased was a probate sale requiring court confirmation; these sales are extremely complex and take longer than the average sale.
