A resident of Manhattan Beach for over three decades, Molly is deeply committed to the community. She’s a member of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Association. The California native is also a fourth-generation real estate broker who leads The Hobin Company, a real estate firm founded by her great-grandfather in 1925. A licensed, full-time California agent since 1981, Molly is a real estate industry veteran whose vast experience encompasses both residential and commercial sales, as well as residential luxury leasing throughout Manhattan Beach, Palm Desert, and the entire South Bay.
