She had showed us several houses and was willing to meet us at any time, even short notices. She was very knowledgeable about what was going on during the buying process, if she didn't, she quickly found out and got back to us. It was a long process, but she stuck with us and kept us in the loop when ever something came up

We were included in every step of the process, we never felt left out or confused. And if we were confused she made the time to explain everything to us! Never felt hurried or pressured into doing anything!
