But my challenge to you is if you logically compare Mona to others, you'll pick Mona 99% of the time. The more letters they have the greater the knowledge and training. So here's an easy test. In restaurants, offices, and retail stores you will find real estate magazines. Look at each agent's ad and count how many have one, have two, have three or more designations. Mona has three very important ones and you'll find that few can match that. (CRS, ABR, CRB). Most importantly, Mona is among an elite group of 7,000 of 1 million agents holding the CRB designation.Beyond Being an AgentThe broker is responsible for an office of agents. Becoming a broker requires far more education and knowledge. If you have this training but are not responsible for an office, you are called an Associate Broker. Flip through the real estate magazines again; only this time notice how many are Associate Brokers with 3 designations. Mona has few peers in her commitment to you and the industry.
