My realtor, Monai Willett was so helpful and went above and beyond from the very start. Before I even started looking for houses she prepared me for what I'd be in for which was priceless as I was a first time home buyer. I never had to ask her to do anything, she was always proactive and offering her help and advisement. She even took me house shopping when she was suffering from an excruciating toothache postponing her treatment of it just to keep her promise to me instead of rescheduling. She made sure I wasn't disappointed or worried about anything. Her transaction coordinator, Sheri Robbins was a great addition to Monai's team. Sheri was just as helpful and made sure she kept in contact with me, responded quickly, and kept me ahead of the game with all of the steps of the purchase and closing process and even tips for after closing. Monai and Sheri are a pair of gems that cannot be superseded. I can definitely say that I didnt know what to expect with my first purchase but I don't think I would have had such a smooth, quick, and carefree purchase with these two ladies!!
