Monica Carney

I am the broker/owner of Crossroads Realty. I am independently owned and operated. I represent buyers and sellers. I have worked for several large brokerages, where I gained my numerous years of experience. I am licensed in the state of California, which allows me to actually work anywhere my services are needed. My primary area's of focus are Morgan Hill, San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell and Santa Clara. For those clients that are thinking of leaving the area or state, I have numerous out of area and state trusted contacts for referrals. I am also well versed in property management, with many years of on site and general property management. Including lease ups, long and short term rentals.
