We met Monica last year when we put in an inquiry on a property. She called us right away and set up an appointment to show us the property. We were impressed with her honesty, knowledge and ability to respond quickly every time! Even though that property was not the one, we continued to use Monica for other properties, just looking. After a few months we decided to sell our Investment Rental Property. Monica was the only one we went to for her opinions, she helped with where we needed to work on the property to get the maximum results. We waited patiently to list the property until the exact correct time.
