Monica was very helpful and went over and above In finding us the right home. she listened to what we were looking for and what are budget was.I must say we did ask a lot of her and she was always there for us.We couldn't be happier with her and our home.

After spending many years in the Real Estate field it was refreshing to work with Monica, she was knowledgeable of the market, responsive to our needs and stepped up when we needed her to stand up for issues that came up during construction of our new home. Our experience with Monica could not have gone any better. It was our first time going through the home selling process, and had a list of real estate professionals lined up to interview to handle the sale of our home. Monica and her husband Jason were the first team we sat down with, and we were so blown away with their presentation and character that we signed with them on the spot. Their knowledge of the market and our neighborhood was extremely impressive and they presented very detailed graphics and statistics to help us pin down a listing price that we felt would be most successful to sell. They handled everything from taking pictures of our house for our listing, to all advertising, to the open house. Our home was listed for 5 days before we had a full asking price offer. Monica made the process so easy and stress free and we couldn't be more grateful we selected them to handle this for us.

I had a very wonderful experience working with Monica Daye. She helped me above and beyond and would recommend her to anyone. She helped me look at and find the house that was best for me. We looked for awhile and she kept on top of the list of houses to show me. Even if she was busy she found a way to help me look at the house the same day. Monica was very quick to get back to me when I had contacted her. She went above and beyond to get my home looking correct to get it sold, including going over to my house when I was not even home, to move furniture and take pictures. Monica helped us in finding a bank that would help us to get the type of loan we needed for our new house. She was very knowledgeable, and very helpful with everything we needed. She even went to our new house to collect a water sample for us ( our new house was an hour away) when the bank had made the mistake of missing that on the well report. Monica was not only a fantastic realtor but I am proud to also call her my new friend!
