Monica showed me homes in the Seattle area and I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area. She took my needs and wants into consideration and provided me with great listings that met my criteria. Monica marketed my property in multiple ways. Not only did she use the Internet on many websites to include zillow, her own website and others. Her marketing material was extremely proffessional using impressive color and hard stock paper with innovative style. She took my properties assests and used those to market my home in the best possible way. I received so many compliments on my flyers and marketing that my family and friends now use her.
