Monica LeBlanc

I am a Delaware native,single mother of two children headed for college. Before becoming a Realtor, I owned a local florist business and was the first woman car sales person in Dover at the early age of 18. So sales has always been in my blood. Hard work and education is my moto, as both pay off if you do them well. I was the Broker for three offices one in each county before opening my own Brokerage and running as an independent. Along side the real estate company I also own a property management company. I specialize in Kent county but our license is statewide. I love what I do and I sit on several board of directors both in real estate and in our community. In 2016 I was named Enterpauer of the Year for the Women's Council of Realtors, 2018 Good Neighbor Award for Kent County Assoication of Realtors, 2019 President Elect for Kent County Assoication of Realtors, 2019 Realtor of the Year Kent County Association of Realtors. I serve on the First State Animal Shelter SPCA BOD, and am President of the Downtown Dover Rotary.
