Monica Vaca

A first generation American born to Ecuadorian immigrants, Monica Vaca, is the Founder, President and CEO of The Houston Real Estate Group, a full service real-estate agency in Houston, TX. The Houston Real-Estate Group was founded by Ms. Vaca after a successful 21-year career as an agent focusing predominantly on the growing Hispanic market. The Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) recognized Ms. Vaca as a “Top Producer†in both 2004 and 2005. Also within the same year, 2005, Ms. Vaca was named “Business Woman of the Year†by the Business Advisor Council. In 2006, Ms. Vaca was approved as a Freddie Mac foreclosure broker and most recently, in 2007, Ms. Vaca was named the “Official Spokesperson for the Hispanic Community†for David Weekly Homes.
