Monika Carmichael

We cannot believe it has already been a year in our home! We are reminded frequently of your amazing team and all that you did to help us find this place we call our home. From all your advice, the showings, the negotiations, and so much more. The process was long and stressful, but made so much more bearable by you all at our side. We hope this past year has been kind and as as joyful for you all as it has been for us in our home and community, which we so love & enjoy.

Eddie, Monika, and Hayley helped me find and purchase the home I always dreamed of. This was my second home buying experience and I felt so much better this time around because of the team. They really held me close, developed a strategy with me, and helped me execute it effectively. Considering how crazy the market is and the area I wanted to live in, I did not think I would be successful but their patience, confidence, and responsiveness made it all possible. They didn't want to just get the job done; they embraced my vision and made it happen. They helped me pass by homes that didn't meet my vision when I grew impatient and sought out a home I never dreamed I could get and showed me why it was possible.Thank you Elevation Real Estate--you made it so fun I almost want to do it again!!
