I have been a real estate agent since 2003. Designer by profession, I was invited by my mentor to be in Real Estate and the rest was history. I am blessed to have a very successful business since then till now. My business grew by word of mouth and repeat business. My clients become long time friends after working with them and they recommend me to their families and friends. I have seen the market climb and drop and while other agents were thriving during the lowest time of Real Estate, I became my company's Short Sale specialist having more than 50 listings at that time with 90% successful rate. I have created a system that I taught agents how to do short sales. I love helping buyers find the right homes for them and get the highest price for the sellers. I work with a lot of local investors, from out of state and even out of the country. We have a team that takes care of their rental properties, from the property manager to the cleaning people. I sell their properties when its time to cash out getting them the greatest return of their investment.
