Monique was wonderful. I was going through a family crisis. She took care of me and found me an incredible home. I recommend her highly shes warm easy to talk to you and looks for exactly what youre asking for.

Mrs. Buchanan was referred to me by my best friend/realtor in ATL. I had the utmost confidence that she would find me a place to call home and she did just that. I told her of my timeline based on when my apartment lease was up. Not only did we beat the deadline, but she also found a new build in my price range. She made sure that I got all applicable discounts and incentives that were offered based on my eligibility. She asked questions to the lender, sales agent, and whoever else when I didn't speak quickly enough. She was a wealth of knowledge and encouragement during this whole process. I went to lender after lender and realtor after realtor and was always given bad news! So, I gave up thinking that I will be renting for a long time. A year later, I was referred to Monique by a good friend. Instantly, her personality is what sold me! I had a few hiccups along the way which kind of put me in a funk to the point that I felt defeated and wanted to give up, but Monique kept pushing and told me not to give up! Im glad I listened! I found a home in my price range that I loved and I put in my first offer and was told that there were other offers on the house. So, I didnt think that my offer was going to be accepted until I got a call the following day by Monique that the seller countered! I accepted the counter and the rest is history! I was super excited! Some how and some way Monique made me owning my very first home HAPPEN! I viewed the home the last week of February and put in my offer the same day. I closed on my house the second to last week of March! Once I accepted the counter the ball got to rolling! Monique was with me all through the stressful process, the highs and lows and I made it through! I highly recommend her and Anthony, her lender, that she uses. Monique and Anthony really made my experience a success!

This realtor was great! We listed a home before, but we never had anyone to fight for us like Ms. Buchanan did! She worked with Zillow to get the price of our home listed higher on Zillow and other sites!
