Monique has shown my partner and I over 30 homes. She was always available to answer questions and never passed us off to a "team person". Moniques years of professional experience and expertise will become very evident as she assists you with finding a home. She was very patient as I continuously changed my mind about buildings, neighborhoods, etc... She listened to my requests and then came to the table with options that exactly identify what I was looking for. This was very important to me. I am sure we have all been in a situation where you request to see 1 bedrooms, and then shown 3 bedrooms in the wrong neighborhood and completely out of your budget. That did not happen here.There was a point during the final walk through, where Monique identified a couple of small issues that I completely missed. She immediately started making phone calls and got the issues resolved in less than 24 hours. There was never a point in the process where I felt she had gone off the grid.
