"There are some good real estate agents out there and some great ones, but there are a precious few who defy classification. I would put Monique Schelvan in that special class of full-service agent whether she is serving a buyer, a seller or both. Ive bought and sold a fair number of homes in my life, more than most people ever will. Im pretty picky. I ask a lot of questions and do my homework. I can honestly say Ive never had the kind of service I received from Monique. From a lickety-split market analysis that was spot on to take the lead on every bit of minutia that can get in the way from jeez, I need a plumber now to whats the deal with this irrigation system to my HOA is having a meltdown over missing sod patches on an otherwise pristine lawn. Her response was always the same, dont worry about it, well take care of it! She hired the handyman, helped me get stuff to storage and even brought over some items from her own staging collection to help offset some of my more dated furniture. The photography was first rate, handled by a professional that she brought in complete with an overhead drone shot to incorporate a full yard view. Monique is supported by an amazing family of partners (husband, son, and others) who form the Schelvan Group. They divide and conquer so its like having multiple realtors selling your house as opposed to one who is juggling your home with multiple listings. You were there during a chapter of my life that was very difficult and I had to sell my dream home and now you are here during what is the next chapter of my life and a very happy time.
